  • By train

  • Take a taxi from Santa Maria Novella train station, about 5 minutes travel time for €10 plus a €1 handling fee per piece of luggage. Take the bus line 36-37 or D, and get off at the Serragli stop – approx. 10 minutes. From the bus stop to the hotel at Piazza Santo Spirito, it’s about a 5 minute walk.

  • By plane

  • From Florence’s airport, take the taxi in 20 minutes for about €25. The shuttle bus takes about 20 minutes to get to Santa Maria Novella station and costs 4 euros per person. Then see the directions in “By Train”.

  • By car

  • From Highway of the Sun A1 coming from Bologna and Rome, take the Firenze Impruneta exit and continue towards Florence’s center, until you get to Porta Romana. Pass the Gate, then drive freely past the camera control into the LTZ (Limited Traffic Zone) as a guest of the Hotel, and notify the reception desk when checking in. Continue along Via Romana for about 700 metres, on your right you’ll find the entrance for Boboli Garden ( Giardini di Boboli), on your left you can take Via Santa Maria or Via del Campuccio, then the first on your right is Via delle Caldaie that gets in Piazza S. Spirito. As an alternative, access the Piazza from Via S. Agostino. The hotel is located at number 9, in the square. Parking at a special rate for the hotel’s guests, at an average price of €26 per day.
